The Lebanese German Business Council (LGBC) has held its Annual Award Gala Dinner, on November 29, 2014 at the Hilton Habtoor Grand with Mr. Elias Assouad as President of the Board. LGBC is a non-governmental and non-profit seeking institution that intends to improve and enhance the business relation between Lebanese and German businessmen established since 1997 and represented by a board of 9 members. The event occurred in the presence of the German Ambassador H.E. Mr. Peter Hoffmann, and Lebanese and foreign politicians and diplomats. The Gala dinner was to award and honor the Lebanese leaders in business, which have business relations with Germany.

The Lebanese German Business Council (LGBC) has held its Annual Award Gala Dinner, on March 10, 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel with Mr. Elias Assouad as President of the Board. LGBC is a non-governmental and non profit- seeking institution that intends to improve and enhance the business relation between Lebanese and German businessmen established since 1997 and represented by a board of 9 members. The event occurred in the presence of the German Ambassador H.E. Mrs. Birgitta Siefker-Eberle, and Lebanese and foreign politicians and diplomats. The Gala dinner was to award and honor the Lebanese companies which have business relations with Germany. The awards were given by Mr. Assouad after he has welcomed his guests with a speech honoring the LGBC members for their constant efforts in enhancing and strengthening the business relations between Lebanon and Germany. He continued his speech by saying that the award winners were chosen according to the fact that their German products have been ranked the best in the Lebanese market. Mr. Toufick Gargour was privileged as Honorary President, and four awards were given to respected members of the LGBC. Mr. Mounir Moussallem, (Moussallem Bros sarl) was given the Lebanese-German Lifetime Achievement Award. The Outstanding Lebanese- German Business Achievement Award was given to Mr. Michel Younis (Younichem sal). Mr. Robert E. Goraieb (Ets Edmond R. Goraieb sal) received the Lebanese- German- Business Achievement Award. The last award, the Lebanese- German Business Council Member’s Award was given to Mr. Gabriel Haddad (J.G Haddad & Co).
Miss Universities of Lebanon 2009 produced by "M.I.S.S. Production" and organized by Plusque Parfait on the 22nd of November at La Salle des Ambassadeurs – Casino du Liban. The Event was held under the patronage and presence of H.E Minister of Tourism fady Abboud.
Leaders League, represented by Maroun Atallah, was the responsible of improving the organization capacities of Miss Universities of Lebanon competition and promoting its program in media and advertising.

On the 6th of November 2008, Pan Arab Web Awards Academy along with Feedback, organized Lebanon Web Awards 2008 at Regency Palace Hotel, Jade Ballroom. During the awards ceremony, a dinner was held in honor of the winning Web companies and Individuals, attended by experts in economic sectors, tourism, banking, media and health.
